Voice of Reason & Common Sense!
I am excited to announce that I am running for re-election for Council-At-Large. I am closing in on 2 years in this position, and I feel like I am just getting started! It has indeed been a great honor to serve the citizens of Ocean City, and I am hopeful that the voters will give me the opportunity to serve four more years!
We all know that Ocean City is America’s Greatest Family Resort, but it is also our home! I love our community, and I want to PRESERVE OUR SHORE WAY OF LIFE!
During my on council, I have worked hard to be a voice of reason and common sense, proactively researching the issues at hand, listening to all stakeholders, and always making decisions with the best interests of the residents of Ocean City in mind. I advocate for honest fact-driven processes, and my decisions have been rooted in an honest unbiased analysis of the facts.
I have served as City Council liaison to the Ocean City Planning Board since July of 2024. Development is a critical component of our economy, as Councilman I will continue to advocate for responsible, sustainable development with the best interest of all stakeholders in mind.
As Councilman and Planning Board member, I also serve on the Boardwalk Subcommittee, proactively addressing zoning, curb appeal, and the economic challenges of the Ocean City Boardwalk.
Our town is at a critical crossroad, and the next elected body will determine the future of Ocean City. There are many competing opinions as to what that future will look like. I believe that we need to debate openly, without anger and without special-interest influence. Given the character of our citizens, I am confident that we can arrive at the best possible solutions going forward, respectfully welcoming all points of view.
Ocean City is like no other place in the world, but the challenges are real; we have a unique environment that must be protected, our economy needs to be strong, and we must do all that we can to maintain a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community.
Those of us who have the privilege of living and working in Ocean City have the best life has to offer. I will work hard for the residents of Ocean City to preserve our Shore Way of Life!
Some personal notes:
I am a proud graduate of the Ocean City school system! I also hold a BA in Business Management from Richard Stockton College, and a MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
I currently work as a Director at Enterprise Community Asset Management, Inc., a company that helps create affordable housing opportunities across the country. I am also a Coast Guard licensed boat captain and owner of Sail Atlantic, LLC, a local sailing charter business that provides various excursions including sunset cruises, coastal cruising, and corporate/employee team building opportunities.
I am passionate about my faith community; I am lifelong parishioner at St. Damien Parish here in Ocean City and currently serve as Eucharistic minister and lector.
I am blessed to spend my free time with family and friends in our beautiful shore community. I enjoy surfing, fishing, biking the boards, and sailing.

Protecting Our Environment
From beach to bay, the protection of our environment is paramount to preserving our way of life in Ocean City. I continue to work hard to keep beaches clean and our ocean pristine. I will also continue the fight to keep our back bay safe and navigable, and I will bring a new energy and support new ideas to preserve our marshlands, waterways, open space, and parks!
Improving Our Economy
From the beach to the bay, our merchants are a vital part of our community. They contribute to the character of our island, and their goods and services sustain us! This includes our merchants on the boardwalk, Asbury Ave, and all of the side streets and neighborhoods in Ocean City. I will bring new energy and ideas to help support our merchants and promote year-round operations.

I will bring new energy and support new ideas that allow Ocean City to remain a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for all of our residents and visitors!
